Dr Barlow was born and raised in the great state of Ohio near Cleveland and remains an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan as well as Cleveland sports fan.

Dr Barlow is an avid sports fan following most sports with the greatest passion towards his alma mater of THE OHIO STATE BUCKEYES.  Dr Barlow is active in his church and enjoys hiking and camping while taking in picturesque views of the countryside.  He is happily married to his high school sweetheart and is blessed with 4 healthy and challenging children.  In his spare time he also enjoys woodworking and do-it -yourself projects when not playing with his family.
