Kalpana Thammineni, MD, MPH, FACC

Dr. Thammineni  received her medical degree from Osmania Medical College and completed a residency in pediatrics in King George Hospital, India.  She completed a residency in pediatrics from Miami Children’s Hospital. She completed her fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology from the University of Minnesota. She received a Master’s degree from Florida International University in the field of Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Dr. Thammineni is a board certified in pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of the American College of Cardiology and American Academy of Pediatrics. She has published in peer reviewed journals.

Academic Interests:  Fetal cardiology, fetal arrhythmias, pediatric congenital heart disease, pediatric echocardiography and pediatric transesophageal echocardiography
