1 cup Easy Meat Sauce - 1 ounce meat, 1 cup tomato sauce
(1 Meat, 1 Bread) (omit cheese)
2 cups Stir-Fried Vegetables (zuchni, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
in 2 teaspoons Olive Oil (4 Vegetable, 2 Fat)
2 Italian Bread Slices - each slice, 3 inches long (2 Bread)
