4 small Oatmeal or Whole Wheat Pancakes
with 1/2 cup Blueberries and 2 tablespoons Diet Margarine
1 cup Skim Milk

Lunch
Tuna Sandwich
2 Whole Wheat Bread Slices
1/2 cup Waterpacked Tuna
with 1 tablespoon Diet Mayonnaise and Lettuce and Pickle Slices
1/2 Tomato Sliced
1/2 cup Artichoke Heart Marinated
in 1 tablespoon Italian Dressing
1 Medium Apple
1 cup Skim Milk

Supper
Nachos
Bean Chalupas
1 cup Raw Vegetables
1 cup Seedless Grapes
