Week 1 - Wednesday

Breakfast
1 Banana (2 Fruit)
2 cups Oat Bran Cereal (4 Bread)
with 2 tablespoons Raisins (1 Fruit)
1 cup Skim Milk (1 Milk)

Lunch
Pasta Salad (3 Bread, 2 Vegetable, 2 Meat, 4 Fat)
1 1/2 cups Seasonal Fruit Salad (3 Fruit)
1 cup Skim Milk (1 Milk)

Supper
2 Soft Tortillas topped with Hot Sauce (2 Bread)
3 Mexican Fajitas - 4 ounces meat (3 Bread, 4 Meat, 1 Vegetable)
1/2 cup Pinto Beans (1 Bread, 1 Meat, 1 Vegetable, 2 Fat)
1 Raw Carrot (1 Vegetable)
1/2 cup Raw Bell Pepper (1 Vegetable), no dip
1 1/2 cups Strawberries (2 Fruit)
